Description for Pension Vestergade:
To find Pension Vestergade - on arrival in Aeroeskoebing harbor you just need to walk up the main street and we are 200m on the right hand side. The Pension was built in 1784 by a sea captain as a dowry for his daughter. Much later, a well known sculptor, Gunnar Hammerich lived here.
Today, Susanna Greve, who runs the Pension with a smile, lives behind the blue door. The house has been carefully restored and decorated and is furnished with antiques.

On arrival, guests are served with coffee or tea in the sitting room or in the garden.

Pension Vestergade 44's large library can be used for larger functions such as small wedding receptions or small conferences, lunches or afternoon coffee/tea.

THE PRETTY ROOMS:
All the bedrooms are up the crooked stairs to the first floor. Each room is uniquely furnished to give our guests a romantic and cozy stay.

LOCATION:
The house lies high in Ærøskøbing, which gives some of the rooms a view of the sea and over the roofs of the town. The remaining rooms look out on to the beautiful garden with huge trees.

Great price- good value. This was the best deal I could find on Aeroe, close to the city, close to the beach, just beautiful. I will come again and I did really enjoy this stay at Vestergade B&B! - Gunther
